We will do all the work to get your system set and start you on using your program. We will require approximately one week to set-up your account. Once your account is set, we will walk you through the features and assist you in setting user accounts for each user in your organization.
Once you are up and running we remain available to answer any questions you may have. On average, we allow the system administrator a week to become familiar with the program features. At this time, we can allow your system users to access their accounts and view the user tutorials to walk them through the various features.
